Standard Booking Terms & Conditions
- Reception is open 8.30am – 6pm, though there’s always someone you can get in touch with!
- Check-in is available from 1pm and check-out is 10am. Luggage storage is available.
- 48 hour cancellation policy: All bookings cancelled at least 48 hours prior to check-in will not be charged. Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours prior to check-in will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one nights accommodation.
- All guests are required to present valid photo identification upon checking-in. Finlay Jack’s will accept a Drivers License or Passport only. Guests without valid photo ID will not be permitted to check-in.
- Finlay Jack’s accepts cash, EFTPOS, VISA, or MasterCard. All credit card transactions incur a 2.5% surcharge on the total transaction amount.
Group Booking Terms & Conditions
All bookings of six (6) or more guests are considered a group booking. Please contact Finlay Jack’s via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +64 7 3789292 for more information about making a group booking. All group bookings are considered by request only.
